Sandwiches
1

Keeping each roll together as much as possible, slice the entire package of Hawaiian Rolls into two halves as if you were making one large bun.

2

Place Hawaiian Rolls open-faced onto a bar pan or lined cookie sheet.

3

Spread Dijon and Mayo each on one side of Hawaiian Roll.

4

Spread a thin layer of cheddar cheese on one side of Hawaiian Roll and a thin layer of Mozzarella on the other side.

5

Fold generous amounts of Honey Ham deli meat on top of one side of the roll.

6

Place bar pan on center rack of a 350 (F) degree oven for 8-10 minutes.

7

While the sandwiches heat through and the cheese melts, make your glaze!

Glaze
8

In a small saucepan over medium-high heat, combine maple syrup, butter, Worcestershire Sauce, garlic, and Dijon mustard.

9

Stir to keep from sticking or burning as the mixture boils for at least 1-2 minutes - It should darken, but DON'T LET IT BURN!

10

Remove from heat.

Combine the Two Parts
11

Remove your sandwich from the oven, and with oven mitts still on (seriously - please don't burn yourself. it's not fun), flip over the top sandwich side to put your sandwiches together. ****Using a spatula to loosen the buns from the pan can help keep them from ripping if they're sticking a bit.

12

Re-center your large sandwich on your bar pan/ cookie sheet, and using a basting brush, spread your glaze onto the sandwich, completely covering it with several layers if needed. After it has all been glazed, you can evenly pour the remaining glaze on top of the sandwich and spread it with the brush.

13

Place your pan back into the oven (still on the middle rack) but turn the oven to BROIL (LOW setting) for 2 minutes.

WATCH THIS CAREFULLY. The glaze will bubble like crazy, but if it starts to burn at all, remove it immediately!

14

Carefully slice the sandwiches apart with a sharp knife (without ripping them to shreds) 🙂 ENJOY!
