In early 2020, just before Cov🦠 took over the world (still so crazy to think about), I created and launched my Sustainable Budget Blueprint digital course.

This year, as AP and I prayed about how the Lord might have me spend my days (since we both felt that working full time out of our home wasn’t it anymore), I wondered if SBB was just a project that I needed to work on in order to prepare me for something else down the line or if I’d ever actually teach it again…

I have been open to both possibilities, but lately been feeling curious about whether it’s something that y’all want/need…

If it is, I’m chewing on the idea of hosting a sort of in-person Sustainable Budgeting Workshop where we would go over the basics of how I set up the larger budgeting system for all of my students.

The in-person events we’ve done with meal prepping so far really have stirred my soul and I just LOVE meeting with y’all face to face, so maybe this is next!

This would most likely be a few hours of gathering together, discussing the strategies, and giving you the space (both physically and mentally) to sift through your priorities and intentions for your money so that you can walk away with a plan and a budget to put into practice right away.

The ideal way to do it would be for you AND your husband to attend (if you’re married, obviously) so that you can work through and complete the tasks instead of having to wait and discuss later…

Maybe we could have coffee, wine, tapas, etc. to make it more appealing (I know budgeting isn’t FUN for most people 😂)?!

Super easy, delish, and fast summer meal idea: Margherita Chicken Bowls!

•Brown rice (quinoa would be awesome as well)
•Grilled chicken (diced or not)
•Pesto
•Sliced cherry tomatoes
•Mozzarella (or @miyokoscreamery MOZZ if you’re dairy free)

Heat it up or eat it cold 😻💥🤘🏽

You could also toss it all together as a Margherita Chicken Salad for your 4th of July potluck (with quinoa or without the grains at all)!
